Dr. J. Pieter Hommen, orthopaedic surgeon at the Orthopaedic Institute at Mercy Hospital, will present a lecture focusing on common shoulder pains that can occur at all ages. He will review the causes and symptoms for shoulder pain, such as bursitis, tendonitis, impingement, rotator cuff tears, cartilage tears, dislocation and the many types of arthritis.
