At Mercy Hospital’s Kohly Center for Outpatient Rehabilitation, successful rehabilitation includes an integrated system of quality services that follows each patient from the first stages of recovery all the way through the rehabilitation process helping them overcome their disabilities, regain their independence and lead healthy and fulfilling lives functioning at the highest level possible.
The Kohly Center employs a unique interdisciplinary approach to rehabilitation services, blending the expertise of many highly skilled professionals to meet each patient's individual needs in order to achieve maximum results. Awarded the prestigious Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) accreditation, the Center offers quality services for those with disabilities resulting from arthritis, amputation, back injury, Lymphedema, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, neurological disorders, vestibular disorders, orthopedic conditions, among others.
Kohly Center Team
Equipped with the most advanced therapeutic technologies, the Kohly Center team is uniquely qualified to treat children, young adults, adults and seniors with a wide range of rehabilitation needs. From an affiliated board certified Physiatrist (physical medicine and rehabilitation physician) who serves as Medical Director to a licensed therapists, they provide the highest quality care in a state-of-the-art environment.
At the Kohly Center for Outpatient Rehabilitation the goal is to provide quality care that is outcome oriented combining professional excellence with compassionate concern for the whole person.
The Kohly Center for Outpatient Rehabilitation is open Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Patients are usually given an appointment within 48 hours.
